A combination of technical and non-technical founders lead the foundation stone of Jellyfish.tech to help businesses and enterprises. Read the entire story behind company’s success in the words of Kseniia Goldovska – the CEO & Co-Founder of Jellyfish.tech.

Who are Jellyfish.tech and how can they help startup owners

Jellyfish.tech is a Ukraine-based company established in 2016 and gives shapes to your dream app today. It is a modern-day app development company that basically relies on saving your time, maximizing product value, making you pay for results only, and building the right agile team to develop your business, enterprise, and personal applications.

Jellyfish.tech is established with a product-oriented mindset. The mission of the company is to create and scale MVPs in 10 weeks, reduce time to market the products, and support founder members at each step in their journey.

In an interview with GoodFirms, Kseniia Goldovska – the CEO and Co-Founder of Jellyfish.tech discussed how the company initiated and what is her role in the company.

Kseniia and her company’s Co-Founder Roman met some amazing people who joined their team when the company was initiated in 2016. It was the time when together they collaborated to build something of their own. The company creates amazing web and mobile products to satisfy its customers’ needs including startups to small and mid-sized companies. The workflows are adjusted according to specific product types and project requirements.

Kseniia shared that the founder-duo went through all the stages of being a fabulous and enthusiastic startup to better understand how they can help people and become a people’s choice company as well.

Regarding the company’s business model, Kseniia shared that the company mostly employs in-house developers and designers to accomplish distinguished projects. However, the remote work process is also set and the web and mobile app development flows are tailored to specific project types, following the best practices in the industry.

According to Kseniia, Jellyfish.tech has also released a customer starter development kit (SDK), i.e., an assembly line for the web and mobile project built by the team to accelerate the development process and make it more predictable. The SDK covers all the typical levels of functionality related to authorization, login, payment, content upload with the pre-built parts of code that help the company to focus on custom features to save the budget.

Kseniia claims that Jellyfish.tech is far different from its other counterparts due to many reasons. Thanks to the custom SDK written by the development team with an API covering the CRUD operations automatically, the MVP creation is 30% quicker than the rest of the companies.

Jellyfish.tech has significant product expertise. The company knows the challenges generally the startups face. Hence, clients’ requirements are understood well before building their product along with searching for a product-market fit, pitching, developing an MVP, failing, and succeeding. As Kseniia shared, “We use the agile methodology and are able to reprioritize quickly, which is important during both MVP and large project creation. This reflects our flexibility and ability to quickly adjust to changes.”

Kseniia gives all credit to effective communication to reduce misunderstandings in the company. She acknowledges that working on complex tech projects always demands detailed project documentation & discusses every feature to remain on the same page with the clients, as followed in the company. She assures that the competent project managers and ex-startup owners guide their clients through every stage of product development and support at every stage of the project journey with advice on cutting the costs and maximising value.

Jellyfish.tech caters to a range of industries including EdTech, Information technologies, On-demand services, Non-profit, Wellness & Beauty, Hospitality, Digital marketplace, and Social media.
